How do I know the metal is really from an Race Car?
We source every component directly from teams, respected collectors, and private owners. Each part undergoes a thorough authentication process, where we trace its history back to the specific car, the year it raced, and the legendary driver who used it. We can even identify the exact race where it was in action, giving you confidence in its provenance.
How can I confirm my product is authentic?
Once you receive your item, you can verify its authenticity through our authentication portal. Enter your unique serial number to receive a detailed authentication document, including race statistics, performance data, and exclusive assets that connect you to the part’s history on the track.
Do I Have to Pay Import Duty?
Import duty is automatically calculated at checkout. However, when shipping outside the UK, customs inspections may apply, and additional charges could be added, this is outside of our control.
You’ll always be responsible for paying any import fees. Please also note that we cannot influence or speed up the time it takes for your order to clear customs.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
Once it has shipped, delivery takes between 1 - 3 days depending on your location.
In total, you can expect to receive your order within 2–4 days from the time you place it.
Who do You Ship With?
DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail are used for orders in the UK.
DHL are used for orders from outside of the UK.
Can I Get Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all UK orders.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, you can return your order if it meets our return conditions. To start a return, please email us at Info@ress.ltd. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so once an order is placed, we’re unable to amend or cancel it. However, you can return your item(s) within our returns policy: register your return within 14 days and make sure it’s received within 28 days.
Please keep your proof of postage until your return has been confirmed.
