Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. You’ll receive an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on its way.
SHIPPING Rates
Orders are shipped the following day using our preferred shipping providers, such as DHL, DPD, and Royal Mail. All deliveries arrive within 4–5 days. All UK orders include free shipping.
A shipping fee applies to orders outside the UK. Shipping fee for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to majority of countries. Please see our list at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which is calculated and displayed at checkout. RESS is not responsible for any additional charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ress.ltd with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
